All the folks from Rainy Day were awesome to work with throughout our crawl space overhaul. Ryan and Kevin were friendly and informative in getting the situation assessed and a special shout out to Rogelio. Rogelio was the crew foreman and he was great! Always on time, always friendly, worked quickly, and kept us updated throughout the process. While my wife and I were at work during parts of the project, my neighbor even commented "Wow, those guys working on your house are dedicated, I haven't even seen them take a break." That says it all.

Your install crew was fantastic. Xavier was careful and respectful of us trying to work remote upstairs. The presentation was great, and both the sales people and Project Manager, Kevin, talked to us with respect and didn't glaze over details like other contractors did. (We're two females so we get the "glaze-over" a lot. I would give the clean-up a 10 if I could. It was the cleanest job site I've ever seen in my life!

The installation crew were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Jean-Paul was knowledgeable and accommodating to our time and availablitity.

Dear Dan & Co., We just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with the nice job you did of sealing and cleaning up our crawlspace and waterproofing our basement. You installed it in May of 2009.  Prior to that we got rodents under the house, and moist walls and water in the basement following every heavy rainfall.  We we unable to store anything on the basement floor, and had to put the furnace up on bricks. That has NOT been a problem for nearly three years. During our recent cold spell with nearly a week of freezing temperatures, snow, high winds, and then a quick thaw which caused many to flood, your system performed magnificently!  There were NO signs of water in the house...the pumps re-routed every drop safely out into the pasture where it belonged! Thank you so much for a superior product, and a job well done. Sincerely, Ron and Karren
