Completely satisfied – and very pleased. Dan insisted on being complete, so we understood the problem fully. We thought we had a mold problem – and definitely had a smelly basement (in the house we had just purchased). The photos that Nathan took showed that we also had rats in the crawl space. Dan’s presentation was complete and logical even though we were a bit skeptical. We are surprised and delighted with the transformation in our new recreation room. It is dry and comfortable now.
