Office had very good communication from start to finish. Ed was very professional & answered all our questions. Installation was clean & professional. Very respectful of our home & belongings. Took extra care to do good work & clean up after. I heard of your company through word of mouth. It was an easy decision.

Ryan explained every step & process, a little pressure, but not a lot. David's crew was very kind! Answered questions, never felt hurried. Office was very helpful. Not the cheapest, but all steps covered. Ratings were excellent, from office staff to crew all were great.

If I could give Rainy Day 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning they were so communicative and professional. We did the demolition ourselves before they came in to install our drainage system and I was able to ask them questions along the way for advice we needed. After the work was done we had a problem arise and Kevin (project manager) went above and beyond to help us solve it. Unfortunately, it's something really out of their hands now. I am so happy with Rainy Day Basement [Systems]. I'm now holding every other company we work with to their standards. Unfortunately, companies like this are hard to find. This was our first major project since buying our house and we feel very grateful and lucky that we found Rainy Day!!!!!

Very friendly office staff & answered our questions! Ed was great and took his time to explain everything. David, Tyler, and Wyatt were great!

Jean-Paul was low-pressure with no attempted scare tactics, way more thorough inspection than competitor. Project Manager, Kevin, was super responsive and install team was professional and courteous. Daniel was great, too! I chose Rainy Day because they had a more thorough inspection, with estimate drafted on-site rather than a week later. More knowledgeable. Already recommended to a neighbor! 

My initial interaction with Ryan was good so I decided to continue with the project, also, the price seemed fair. Returned calls quickly. Very friendly & professional. Ryan was great, professional, and I did not feel like he was trying to up-sell me. Russ was EXCELLENT. He worked hard, kept me informed, answered all my questions. Was overall just really nice and professional. They left nothing behind and smooth over any dirt. I'm very happy with the end result and have peace of mind knowing excess water won't damage my home's foundation. That's very important to me.

Everyone who I've met and spoken to has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. I chose Rainy Day as a contractor because their proposal made more sense than "Chuck with a Truck" coming and digging a perimeter around my house, and also the 25-year guarantee.

Niki and Jessica in the office were very helpful. They have been on the ball since my first contact with them. They provided me copies on my sister's paperwork which I really appreciated. Russ  came out to check on issues with water and annual check on system, and also met with the owner. Both were great. The clean-up was satisfactory and the basement looks great.
