Alex and Jessica's home in Duvall, WA, needed a new vapor barrier installed. After hearing about encapsulation, they were interested in learning more. They called Rainy Day Basement Systems, and Nathan visited the home for a free estimate. The couple had the short-term goal of preventing rodents in the crawl space, but ultimately wanted to improve energy-efficiency, air quality, and comfort. They had problems with allergies, which can often be tied back to an unhealthy or moldy crawl space. We encapsulated their crawl space using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and installed our TerraBlock and Foamax Insulation. To keep humidity low and prevent mold, we installed a high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system, our SaniDry Sedona. Alex and Jessica now have a dry, healthy, and energy-efficient home, with clean air throughout.

Lots of water in our yard north of house. French drain already installed. Want to inspect crawl space to see if there's water, dampness, etc.

Hello,
I wanted to reach out to get an estimate on some crawl space repair for my home. Specifically, we have some deteriorating insulation around HVAC and parts of flooring, some copper supply pipes that need insulating, and some moisture barriers that looks to need replacing. It looks like there may be some water intrusion in a few areas as well. I have an inspection report I can forward if useful as well.
Thanks!
