This crawl space used to be very damp, with standing water, mold, wood rot, and failing insulation. Rainy Day came to the rescue with our patented drainage, sump pump, and full CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Encapsulation creates a healthy environment for the whole home. No more cold spots on the floor, nor moldy and musty smells. The home will stay clean and dry for years to come.
This Lynnwood home had a messy crawl space. There was fallen insulation, evidence of rodents and it leaked during heavy rains. Rainy Day cleaned out their entire crawl space, including the ruined insulation, and added drainage trenching and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to control water seepage. We then encapsulated the space with CleanSpace. Once sealed, we added a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier to further control the moisture.
Robert's crawl space in Brier was in need of a repair due to a lot of water leaking in and causing damage. We needed to address the concern, so we installed our crawl space drainage system and encapsulated the crawl space in CleanSpace. To handle the high volume of water that was coming in the crawl space, we installed our super reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump System. TripleSafe keeps the crawl space dry with the protection of three submersible pumps in one airtight container.
Robert was very satisfied with the job and clean-up, and he highly recommended our Production Foreman, Xavier Ortiz, for the project.

A family in Lynnwood, WA, was dealing with worsening asthmatic symptoms due to mold in their crawl space. The problem was so bad, they were considering moving until the problem could be resolved. Water and humidity under the home was causing the mold. Rainy Day came out to design a system to help control groundwater and prevent mold growth. We installed our drainage, sump pump, and encapsulation system, which seals the crawl space to isolate it from the damp earth below. Then, we installed our dehumidifier to control humidity and prevent mold growth, aiding in the process of making the home dry and inhabitable again.
Chuck and Amy from Lynnwood, WA, were troubled by a wet crawlspace after recent heavy rains. At one point, they had several inches of water in some areas. They were looking for advice on the best route for repair and gave Rainy Day a call. Their primary goal for the project was to prevent mold in the future and ensure good air quality for the home. Our system design included full-perimeter drainage trenches in the crawl space, with encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier. The outcome will be a dry crawlspace, clean air, and a mold-free environment under their home.

They had a high water table and existing sump pump, but it was unable to keep up with demand. We came and did a thorough inspection to make a recommendation. Our solution included installing drainage, a better sump pump, and new vapor barrier to protect the home and keep it totally dry.

Robert had water pumping from his Brier crawlspace and was interested in protecting his home and fixing the leak. After meeting with Robert and performing a free, thorough inspection, we decided on a solution to fit his needs.
To create a clean dry environment under his home, we installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace uses a 20 mil thick vapor barrier that we seal, tape, and caulk to all the floor and walls in the crawlspace.
-We installed our TripleSafe sump pump system which will pump out extra water leaving the area dry and free from standing water.
-We connected the triple safe to a discharge line and had new perforated piping installed to capture leaks in ground so that water can be discharged out of the home.
-To keep humidity low, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which will protect the home from mold and moisture by filtering out contaminants and keeping the humidity at bay.

Twenty years ago, Won purchased his home in Lynnwood, WA. What he did not realize was that eventually, his humble abode would become riddled with a rotten and moldy smell, and it was coming from below in his crawl space. In winter, he was inconvenienced by standing water in leaking into the crawl space. This contributed to steadily increasing allergy symptoms and rotting support posts. Our production crew came to the home and installed new drainage trenches to lay piping to allow water to flow to the low spot of the crawl space toward the sump location. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to empty out a discharge line and out away from the yard from the LawnScape Outlet. To prevent moisture from entering and growing mold, we encapsulated the crawl space using our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The project lasted only a few days but made a huge impact on the health of the home.

Dave and Kelly S. had lived in their Oak Harbor home for 21 years. In the more recent ones, their East basement wall had started to leak water, especially during heavy rains. They had seen up to two inches of water in their basement at one time. Because of the frequent water, the carpeting had been damaged badly and was eventually removed. Dave and Kelly planned on moving at some point in their future and knew that the damages would bring down the value of their home. By making the investment in a Rainy Day Basement System, not only did they increase the value of their home, but their quality of life as long as they remain there.
To prevent water from reaching the basement walls, Rainy Day installed our WaterGuard drainage system. This piping system was specially designed to prevent clogging by separating it from the soil underneath the floor. Seepage is also prevented by installing our crawl space encapsulation lining, CleanSpace. By completely isolating the space from the earth below, the antimicrobial lining is highly effective at lowing the amount of moisture in the crawl space, and in turn, lowering the possibility of mold and mildew growth.
All captured water is pumped through their newly installed SuperSump pump, equipped with a cast iron pump, airtight lid and WaterWatch Alarm System. The alarm system alerts the homeowner if water rises above the point where the pump should be on, allowing them to intervene before serious damages occur. The water is then pumped out through their LawnScape outlet, a buried discharge line that safely carries the water a safe distance away from the home.
