This homeowner in Kenmore, WA, had water seeping through the floor. A high water table combined with heavy rains meant unexpected water problems in their basement. Our team of waterproofing experts were able to help them finally get long-term peace-of-mind. We installed our perimeter drainage channel, WaterGuard, along with a SuperSump Pump System, to control seepage at the wall/floor joint and discharge it from the home. With water under control, their basement will now stay dry through any weather.

Water Seeping into Basement, Kenmore, WA
Jenna from Kenmore had a partially finished basement that she used mainly for storage. There was water seeping up through the floor by the stairs during heavy rains. She called Rainy Day looking for recommendations on what to do.
We proposed installing a drainage channel along the perimeter of two adjacent basement walls, along with our sump pump system. Our solution will fix the leaking and keep the basement dry from here on out.

Our neighborhood experiences issues with proper drainage and our home (amongst other neighbors) have basement flooding/drainage issues especially during heavy rain seasons. Our crawl spaces/basements are built on a side of the hill so there is vaulted headroom in the flooded area. We need someone to assess issues and help us determine next steps. My neighbor is also looking into the same info, so we could coordinate one trip for your quote specialist/technician.

We have an 8 year old house in Kenmore with bouncy floors and a what feels like a weak spot on the ground floor where there appears a bit of a slope. We've wondered if there are enough supports underneath from the crawl space. Do you install joist/ beam supports?
Project Location: Kenmore, WA
I have a smell from under my house and I went under there and I think it might be moisture because I couldn't find any specific dead animals as a source. The vapor barrier is plastic and not pulled tight everywhere. Lots of falling insulation too.
I think my house is a good candidate to fix any drainage issues since the vapor barrier is not doing a great job.
Let me know what you think.
