Dan Malsch
Rainy Day Basement Systems
With 30 plus years of experience in construction and home improvement, Dan has a tremendous understanding of the importance of healthy crawl spaces and basements.
He sincerely enjoys meeting with homeowners and always provides the best solutions based on the home itself and the objectives of the homeowner.
Prior to his Basement Systems affiliation, he worked in the residential and commercial construction field and has worn many hats. Dan has experience working as a concrete finisher, carpenter, foreman, project superintendent, estimator, project manager, and remodeling contractor.
Dan's experience working with people anywhere from homeowners to architects, brings him a strategic yet knowledgable approach to his work. He has successfully fixed hundreds of wet basements and nasty crawlspaces. His passion for helping people have healthier homes is always growing!
