I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I recently had purchased a home that was built in the 1930s and found out after the fact that there were some structural issues under the house causing significant sagging, as well as a lot of ingress and egress points for rodents, and no vapor barrier. Rainy Day certainly saved the day for me. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff across the board, office, sales, PM, foreman, and crew. I was nothing but impressed the whole way through. They took really good care of me, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done under the house. The pictures show the finished product and some of what we started with.

I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done at my house. The installation crew was very professional and answered all of my questions and or concerns. I was also happy to see that the manager of the installation crew took time to not only train a new employee but also explained why things are done the way they are. I was very happy; not only with Nate's presentation, but also that he took the time to phone and let me know exactly when he would be at my home. Cleanup was extremely good and the crew took time to look over all areas outside the house to make sure they did not miss anything. After seeing your presentation, I talked with a neighbor in our area that had your company do work at his home and he was extremely happy with your work and I could see how much better his basement area had become. I also talked with the city inspector who said from what he had heard; the encapsulation system was very good. Thanks again for everything.

We are very pleased with the job that was done for us. The salesman was personable and competent in his presentation. The crew was wonderful. Cleanup was very well done! We were treated well and fairly. Salesman forgot to charge for cleanout and was quick to admit mistake. His courteous manner convinced us we should split difference even though we were already stretching to have this done. It was a good decision.
