WA, to supply and install our crawl space encapsulation system, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our crawl space was in dire need of attention due to humidity-damaged insulation, presence of dampness, stagnant groundwater, and significant raccoon/rodent infestation damage.   From the initial consultation with Zachariah, to completion of the project, the professionalism and expertise of Rainy Day Basement Systems Inc. is evident. The installation crew, consisting of Daniel, Juan, and Rosalino, were exceptional in their communication, ensuring that we were informed daily about every phase of the installation process. This transparency instilled confidence in us, and we felt reassured throughout the project. Each morning we were briefed on the work to be performed that day, and at the end of each day, we received both a verbal and photographic progress report.   An aspect that stood out to us was the punctuality of the installation crew. Each morning, we received a telephone call letting us know when they would arrive at our home. they arrived at the time they said they would everyday, ready to tackle the day's tasks. This reliability made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Additionally, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the work site at the end of each day. Dear Dan: We just said "Thank you and goodbye" to Jerry, Dan and Martin as they drove away in the Rainy Day Basement Systems truck after spending three full days at our house. They began the job by clearing out the debris under our house. From an area dark and dank, ranging from approximately 18" to 36" high, filled with rat-infested insulation and a variety of other unsavory debris, they donned their safety suits and remained smiling and cheerful throughout the process. They kept working tirelessly clearing, cleaning and installing the system and at the end of the third day, Jerry invited us to look over our beautiful, clean, fresh, bright and neat basement and explained the system and answered our questions. What a wonderful transformation by a great crew! It was a pleasure working with you and your knowledgeable and professional crew.
