Completely satisfied – and very pleased. Dan insisted on being complete, so we understood the problem fully. We thought we had a mold problem – and definitely had a smelly basement (in the house we had just purchased). The photos that Nathan took showed that we also had rats in the crawl space. Dan’s presentation was complete and logical even though we were a bit skeptical. We are surprised and delighted with the transformation in our new recreation room. It is dry and comfortable now. Office staff was very friendly and informative, good pre-work communication. Zach thoroughly explained all options/answered questions. Mkoma, Robert, and Cameron had excellent communication and attention to detail, working with us on drain pipe location. Clean-up was 5/5, including driveway wash-down with hose.  I chose to work with Rainy Day because of the comprehensive solution instead of band-aid fix.

Our home was built in the 1920s, and when dealing with an older home, you always run up against more things than you do in new construction. Daniel handled this beautifully, did amazing work, and all with a smile. Jean-Paul took the time to explain everything in detail, wonderful! Daniel & Rosalino went above & beyond. Cleanup was left better than they found it! :)

Kirsten was very professional and performed a thorough inspection and clearly communicated her findings and recommendations to remediate my crawlspace issues. Mkoma and his helper went above and beyond to get the job done. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. When they were done, the crawlspace was spotless. Took extra care to preserve the grass when digging trench for sump pump discharge line. Even went as far as washing off concrete at end of day where mud was tracked. Ryan with Westside Electrical referred. Said you guys did excellent work. Googled you, more reviews and highest ratings compared to other companies is why I chose to work with you over other contractors.
