This home in Tulalip, WA, had water leaking through the floor and walls during heavy rains. This left the walls susceptible to wood rot, moisture damage, and mold. Our team went to Stephen's home in Everett, WA, to find a solution for his leaky basement. He had water seeping in from a corner of the basement where his sump pump was located. We installed a full-perimeter drainage channel, WaterGuard, and a high-horsepower sump pump system. WaterGuard is installed below the floor on the interior of the basement along the stem wall.
