Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in Snohomish had water seepage from heavy rains. We spoke with the homeowner, Chris, and did a comprehensive inspection to determine a long-term fix. With our SuperSump Pump System and WaterGuard Basement Drainage installed. The sump pump will collect water from the channel in the ground before it can ever damage the space. Now the homeowners have peace-of-mind that the basement will stay totally dry all the time. 

There was a persistent leak in Steve's basement stairwell. He wanted a way to control the water and prevent further issues long-term. Since we had done work for his crawl space before, we sent our inspector, Ryan, out for a revisit. We came up with a solution that included installing TrenchDrain grated trenches and our SuperSump system, leaving the basement entry dry, and water under control.

After providing a quote, we determined it would be best to redirect the incoming water through a newly installed drainage system.
