I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I recently had purchased a home that was built in the 1930s and found out after the fact that there were some structural issues under the house causing significant sagging, as well as a lot of ingress and egress points for rodents, and no vapor barrier. Rainy Day certainly saved the day for me. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff across the board, office, sales, PM, foreman, and crew. I was nothing but impressed the whole way through. They took really good care of me, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done under the house. The pictures show the finished product and some of what we started with.

I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done at my house. The installation crew was very professional and answered all of my questions and or concerns. I was also happy to see that the manager of the installation crew took time to not only train a new employee but also explained why things are done the way they are. I was very happy; not only with Nate's presentation, but also that he took the time to phone and let me know exactly when he would be at my home. Cleanup was extremely good and the crew took time to look over all areas outside the house to make sure they did not miss anything. After seeing your presentation, I talked with a neighbor in our area that had your company do work at his home and he was extremely happy with your work and I could see how much better his basement area had become. I also talked with the city inspector who said from what he had heard; the encapsulation system was very good. Thanks again for everything.

We are very pleased with the job that was done for us. The salesman was personable and competent in his presentation. The crew was wonderful. Cleanup was very well done! We were treated well and fairly. Salesman forgot to charge for cleanout and was quick to admit mistake. His courteous manner convinced us we should split difference even though we were already stretching to have this done. It was a good decision.

I've never encountered a business like Rainy Day Basement Systems that infuses their entire system with excellence. From friendly, efficient scheduling staff to timely, thorough, and informative email/personal confirmations of appointments, this company is top-notch. It turned out they couldn't provide a bid on my house because it doesn't have a foundation, but that didn't stop them from offering advice on other options. I super appreciate the time they took to share their expertise, and I'm sorry I couldn't do business with them because I'm sure their systems and installation are also top-notch.

Zachariah was very helpful and quick response on questions of project and financial assistance. Mkoma, Cameron, and Robert were very thorough, quick on the job without any shortcuts, and had good quality work and clean up. Even told them to forgo some clean up, but they insisted this was their job. I chose Rainy Day because of the presentation of option with flexibility to change. 

They were very polite and told us what was going on. They were efficient and kept us informed.

It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of support of Rainy Day Basement Systems. Before we encapsulated our crawlspace with Rainy Day Systems, it was a dark, damp, rat infested space. Insulation drooped from the ceiling and black plastic barely covered the dirt. We only went down into the crawlspace when we absolutely necessary. The installation of the Rainy Day System was quick and professional. In less than two days, they created not only a clean crawlspace, but also an extremely useful room for our house. We can safely store our household belongings and the house seems warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We like to show our "new room" off to our visitors who have never seen anything like it. We are fully satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.
