Everyone was excellent and kind, even when we still owed money! It was only a little confusing when applying for the loan. We needed a certain code and the office staff was unable to provide that. If that could be provided in the future, it would go off without a hitch! Would 100% recommend and work with Rainy Day Basement Systems in the future.  Ed was a little wordy for me, as someone fairly familiar with construction type terminology, but someone who didn't know he'd be great! Daniel & the crew were kind and respectful, and hardworking! Appreciated the phone call to notify of team's arrival daily! Walk-throughs with me throughout the process to explain!
