Mount Vernon, WA Waterproofing Crawl Space

We helped waterproof the home of Levi and Sam from Mount Vernon, WA, who called us about their wet crawl space. After moving in, they found a lot of water under the home, and originally thought they might need to have the sump pump serviced. When we came out for an inspection, however, the problem was much bigger than that. We found mold, failing insulation, heavy seepage, and pests. They wanted to never have to worry about their crawl space again, so we installed our waterproofing and encapsulation system. We cleaned everything out, put in drainage piping, installed a better sump pump, and protected everything by sealing it with our CleanSpace liner. Their new home now has a fresh start, free of mold and moisture in the crawl space.
