Thanks, Dan, Tom, Jerry, Nate and all the other crew members who worked on our basement and crawl space. No more musty smells!! We appreciated the hard work and the little extras along the way, like hauling out the old ceiling insulation. Pkus, the Therma-floor looks like it's going to work great, and makes the basement warmer already.

Very very very disappointed that after the work was done I called Dan back to compliment Victor and the installation crew and to ask him some questions that we weren't completely satisfied with the noise of the system and we talked for a bit but due to unclear cell reception he said he would call me back to discuss...but never called back. For this I am not sure I would recommend your company to others due to lack of follow up.

We have a very problematic basement that will probably never be easy to maintain. I hope you will continue to be there for us. You are the 3rd basement company we have tried.
Very professional in all respects. Very good and fast service and were great in answering all questions.
So far every concern was taken care of--Hopefully any follow up concerns we have will be addressed--Everything is working fine so far but have exceptionally dry weather so the system hasn't had a good test
Professional and friendly service. Spent the time needed to solve our problem. My only problem is that the maintenance fee went up from what we were quoted last year.

Dan please convey our thanks for all their hard work. It has lifted the stress that we have had in regards to our crawl space. It is a place that we actually want to go to now. We will be fixing all of our communication wiring in the near future due to the cleanliness and comfort of the crawl space.

Appreciate the repair of the stove ventilation duct--not really your line of work but affects crawl space moisture level.
Sure glad I saw Rainy Day at the Home show and took a chance.
Next year we will have sump pump replaced on the annual maintenance. At first I was worried about the $200 annual maintenance fee, but it was well worth it, and we will keep it up.
I cannot say enough about Jerry and his crew. I am a purchasing professional and as such have dealt with large numbers of contractors over my career. Jerry took the time to outline what he was going to do and and then did it better than I expected. The whole crew was pleasant and very competent at what they did. Jerry was on fire for his job and his company. I've been a manager for years and I would want him working for me.
