French Drain System in Anacortes, WA

Wet crawl spaces are our specialty. When Jim and Kathy from Anacortes came to us with concerns about dampness in their crawl space, we had a plan in mind. Our patented drainage channel and sump pump were the answer. 

Our drainage channels work a lot like a French drain, but instead of on the outside of the home, they go within the crawl space. We installed it at the perimeter of the foundation, where the block and the stem wall connect. That was the area where water was leaking through.

With the drainage piping installed in trenches, we then encapsulated this home to complete their wet-to-dry crawl space transformation.
