Water Damage in Mountlake Terrace, WA Crawl Space

This crawl space in Mountlake Terrace had a lot of water damage and mold. Before our repairs, it was unable to drain, causing the supporting posts under the home to rot. We came in and installed six steel angle brackets and secured them to the concrete. We also installed our in-ground drainage channel and SuperSump Plus sump system. The home can now reliable discharge over 2280 gallons of water per hour if needed, and will remain structurally sound and dry.
