Stanwood Crawl Space Encapsulation

This Stanwood home had water leaking into the basement though the footing. After completing a free inspection and estimate, we determined that a damp and musty crawl space was the source.

To prevent ground water seepage, we installed drainage trenching along the interior footing of the foundation walls. This will direct all captured ground water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump we added. The TripleSafe incorporated three pumps in one including a battery back-up system that offers the homeowner to best protection against water intrusion. The crawl space was then encapsulated in CleanSpace, a highly durable vapor barrier that greatly reduces moisture and humidity levels.
