Moisture Barrier in Everett, WA

We helped fix Josh's wet crawl space in Everett, WA, after he called us concerned about water seeping in. He had just recently moved into the home, and started having moisture issues right away. To repair his crawl space, we started by installing a sump pump to get rid of the standing water, and drainage trenching along the inside perimeter to prevent any more water from getting in. We also set up a dehumidifier to help with the excess moisture in the air. Finally, we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner to create a barrier against moisture. Now Josh's crawl space is dry and healthy!
