Homeowners, Bill and Karen, were struggling with basement flooding during heavy rains.
Groundwater seeped up through the floors and from the seams.
Their old sump pump could not keep up with the amount of water coming in.
Sump Pump Problems
When there was too much water, the pump would overflow
To control water in the basement, we installed our Combination WaterGuard Interior Basement Drainage System.
The drainage channel is installed along the entire perimeter of the basement perimeter on top of the foundation footing to collect groundwater.
By installing the perforated drainage channel on top of the footer, we are able to prevent the line from clogging with mud and silt, unlike typical French drain systems, which are prone to clogging over time.
Top Sump Pump
We installed the best sump pump on the market, our TripleSafe Sump Pump. It is equipped with three pumps in one airtight basket, along with a battery backup to keep everything running smoothly, even during power outages.
Keeping humidity low is imperative to maintaining the basement free of mold and moisture. We installed our SaniDry XP to do just that.
