A big puddle formed near this homeowner's foundation and garage in La Conner, WA. We met with them and discussed the project at length to decide the best route to waterproof and prevent freezing. Due to the slope of the garage floor, the footing was less than an inch below surface. With our drainage and sump pump, we successfully addressed the leak coming through the foundation.
