Basement Leak
Homeowners of this basement in Everett were dealing with leaking from rain.
Basement Leak
They had water puddling in areas and concerns about mold.
Basement Leak
Eventually, they wanted to pursue finishing the basement to make it more usable and add more bedrooms.

Since they planned on living here forever, it was important to stop the leak and make everything dry.
Basement Leak
We designed a solution to fix this wet basement for good.
Dry Basement
With the help of Foreman, Xavier Ortiz, and our Production crew, we transformed their basement.
Dry Basement
To make the basement dry, we installed 184 feet of our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System.
Dry Basement
WaterGuard is installed in the ground along the perimeter to capture leaks before they can get into the basement.
Dry Basement
WaterGuard is installed, covered with clean drain rock, then poured over with fresh concrete so it is nearly invisible when finished.
Dry Basement
A 10 foot lateral line is installed to help get the water to the sump location.
Dry Basement
We filled two old sump pump holes and installed this new SuperSump Plus pump system. It holds two pumps in one airtight basket to handle a high volume of water with ease.
Dry Basement
If they ever need to check the WaterGuard channel, they can do so with this small WaterGuard Port.
Dry Basement
We installed our CleanSpace Wall System, our vapor barrier for basements.
