Finished Basement Renovation in Bellingham, WA
Working around water heaters, washer and dryer pipes, posts and electric wiring, we installed Basement-to-Beautiful wall panels, Total Basement Finishing EverLast Wall Panels and ThermalDry floor tiles to transform this basement into a cozy area.
Before the Finishing Project in Bellingham
Before starting, the basement was cold, damp and uninviting. Pieces of the flooring and wall were damaged, the air was cool and moist and water was forming in the stairwell.
Basement Finishing Project Result
Doing laundry will no longer be a drag. This beautiful and welcoming basement will also keep heat better with the insulated flooring and walls, and the pump and drainage system insuring that water and moisture are under control.

New Sandstone Title Installed in Bellingham
The floor and walls we installed create a tight insulated seal, insuring that damage from mold and water would be a thing of the past. These inorganic items will not rot, grow mold or get damaged from a leak. The floor tiles are individually connected, allowing for strategic placement. Each tile has base pegs, keeping the comfortable new flooring from the cold concrete underneath.
Before Installing Basement Walls in Bellingham
We removed the old walling, and found mold and water damage. We immediately created a plan on how to install our inorganic walling around the pipes and windows to create a tight seal.
Basement Walls Installed in Bellingham, WA
These mold proof Everlast Wall Panels give Martin and Genn's basement a beautiful finish. Underneath are Basement-to-Beautiful panels that help insulate the room and keep down heating costs.
Before Window Replacement
The stained concrete around the window after the removed the old walls show that sealing was not tight and water damage resulted from leakage. If water was getting in, cold outside air in the winter and hot air in the summer were definitely getting as well.
Beautiful Basement Windows Installed
The Basement-to-Beautiful and EvereLast panels we installed snuggly form around each window. Now, the homeowners don't have to worry about moisture, debris and air entering into their basement. Heating costs in the winter and cooling costs in the summer will lower now that the moisture is under control, more insulation is in place and the room is sealed off from outside.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe Sump Pump has a primary pump, backup pump and battery backup. PumpStands ensure that pumps will not block from debris at the bottom of the basket. With both pumps working, up to 6,200 gallons of water can be pumped per hour. The battery backup ensures that a power outage won't keep water from pumping. With the TripleSafe, Martin and Genn no longer worry about rainy days leading to a flooded basement.
