Bayleigh, a proud Washington State University graduate (Go Cougs!) and marketing expert, joined Rainy Day in 2019 and has become a key player in the company's success and growth. Her sharp eye for detail, organizational skills, and creativity drive her to consistently break company records. Thriving in a fun, positive, and collaborative work environment, Bayleigh oversees all marketing and communications aspects and campaigns with a smile. She spearheads lead generation, social media management, events, and advertising, serving as the central point of contact for all things marketing. Bayleigh loves working for a company that makes her feel valued while improving the lives of homeowners across Washington state.

Beyond work, Bayleigh cherishes time with her husband, family, friends, and pets. She enjoys weight-lifting, dancing, attending live music events, and snowboarding. At home, she is a gamer girl who also loves binge-watching reality TV, reading, sewing, crafting, and creating art.
