Dan Malsh and his crew are top-of-the-line. The interior of our crawl was choked with footless concrete foundations poured in the 1940's. Subsequent remodels added a few more. All were cracked and sinking--leaving leaving the floors tilted and waffled. Dan offered several repair options and we found some that reasonably met our budget. We chose to have those walls demolished and removed. A huge effort! Our home is now rock solid.

Special mention to Jerry Soto and the crew (Martine, Arturo, Eric, Nate, etc.) for their ethics, dedication and pride of workmanship. Jerry kept me well-informed and was a wealth of knowledge not only of his trade but of related crafts. Worry not about this work group. They are among the best.

Dirty, Wet Crawl Space is Transformed with Encapsulation in Brier, WA

Robert had water pumping from his Brier crawlspace and was interested in protecting his home and fixing the leak. After meeting with Robert and performing a free, thorough inspection, we decided on a solution to fit his needs.

To create a clean dry environment under his home, we installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace uses a 20 mil thick vapor barrier that we seal, tape, and caulk to all the floor and walls in the crawlspace.

-We installed our TripleSafe sump pump system which will pump out extra water leaving the area dry and free from standing water.

-We connected the triple safe to a discharge line and had new perforated piping installed to capture leaks in ground so that water can be discharged out of the home.
