Every winter, the areas would become wet due to water seepage. The project involved installing a WaterGuard Interior Basement Drainage System along the perimeter of the garage and storage areas. The drainage system was connected to a TripleSafe Sump Pump System located in the ground at the lowest point of the two basement sections. The sump pump was configured to discharge water through an exterior discharge line, protected against freezing and flooding with an IceGuard Port. The water was then directed through a buried line and out of the home via a discrete LawnScape Outlet.
