We have sinking sidewalks and stairs around our 4-plex

Foundation issue due to water damage from this last winter.

I have a crawl space that took a beating this last rainy winter. Rodents came in, and it is also a wet place. I have a sump pump system, that probably needs updating. Insulation needs to be cleaned out and replaced, and rodent-proof.

When our pest control person was in our crawl space he noticed that the support beams were angled and not well secured and we need this fixed!

Water in the Basement/Crawl space. Potential crack with drainage pipe outside of the house, which sets about 3 feet underground. Water isn't draining properly thru. the drain gutters.

Floor sinking and unlevel at point that appears to be unsupported by foundation. We have a raised foundation which allows to get under the house, and the joists are out of whack. We just bought this house, which was built in 1988, and both ends of the house have issues. The point which we are trying to address appears to be right by HVAC exhaust which makes getting right under it difficult, but the subfloor appears to be buckling above. Before we put in hardwoods (the problem was somewhat concealed by carpet) we'd like to raise and support the wall which supports the second story.

Crawlspace wet, I need it dry. Have a sump pump. Have a french drain. Can't keep water out.

Water is coming into our basement in the corner. we have a sump pump but the water is coming from above in the middle of the wall. we also would like help finding the sewer line so we can hopefully put in a bathroom down in the basement. our house was built in 1925

Leak at ground level.

Clean and rehange vapor barrier and installation.

My Crawl space is wet

We currently have a sump pump that needs to be serviced. Due to the heavy rains we have notice water in our crawl space. Access to the sump pump is easy because we have a high crawl space. We would like to have it looked at.

Floor dropped in hallway 1/2" from interior wall. We have concerns that it could be caused from setteling.

Would need crawl space cleaned, insulation replaced along with new barrier. Inspector found signs of rodents.

Finished daylight basement with large crawlspace leaking during heavy rain and snow melt. leaks occur at an area where foundation is 2-3 feet below ground level. leaks 1-2 gallons at a time.
