Your "Basement Systems" service is probably focused on people who are more affluent than we are. I cannot thank you enough for making it possible for us to take advantage of the knowledge, experience, and materials that come with what your company has to offer. Though we are mostly retired, we value our home and understand how important it is to take care of it. This house was designed by a well-known Japanese architect, and we love it. Everyone has been very kind to let us participate in the adventure of preparing the crawl space for your workers - and it certainly was an adventure! The book that was included in the introductory materials which we received was the critical factor in conveying to us the value of what you were offering. That said, it seemed out of reach financially until Jean-Paul agreed to take a chance on leaving some of the work to us. It will take time for us to finish our part, but, it's part of loving a house.
