Inspecting Crawl Space
The state of this crawl space was wet, nasty, and in need of serious repair.

Before Repair
Both the insulation and vapor barrier needed replacing, and water was wreaking havoc.

Standing Water
Water accumulating under the home is never a good sign.

Structural Problems
In the main levels of the home, the moisture had caused floors to sag. Something needed to be done to halt the sagging and support the home.

Clean and Sealed
David Nush and the crew transformed this once problem crawl space to be clean and sealed.

Drainage Piping
We installed 146ft of perforated piping in drainage trenches to collect water and direct it to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
We installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the ground, which is equipped with three pumps in one airtight basket.

SmartJacks
To support the home and help lift the sagging floors, we installed 37 SmartJack Lights. These galvanized steel piers help address the structural issues.

Vapor Barrier
Using 1092 sqft of CleanSpace, we encapsulated the crawl space and sealed the penetrations. Encapsulation provides insulation, protection from moisture, and seals the home from the damp soil.

SaniDry Sedona
Our SaniDry Sedona showing here will clear out allergens and reduce humidity.

Vent Covers
Sealing the vents is a part of the encapsulation process to help ensure a controlled environment under the home.
