If I could give Rainy Day 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning they were so communicative and professional. We did the demolition ourselves before they came in to install our drainage system and I was able to ask them questions along the way for advice we needed. After the work was done we had a problem arise and Kevin (project manager) went above and beyond to help us solve it. Unfortunately, it's something really out of their hands now. I am so happy with Rainy Day Basement [Systems]. I'm now holding every other company we work with to their standards. Unfortunately, companies like this are hard to find. This was our first major project since buying our house and we feel very grateful and lucky that we found Rainy Day!!!!!
