Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Seepage in Daylight Basement, Snohomish, WA
Chris' home in Snohomish began leaking over the winter season. For two years in a row, heavy rain would seep in through the walls and floor. At one point, he had upwards of 4" of water, damaging the floor and drywall. He wanted to stop the water and was ready to fix the problem.
He contacted Rainy Day and we sent out Ed Upenieks to take a look for him. Ed inspected the basement and designed a waterproofing solution. From there, we were able to install the system, complete with sump pump and drainage channel, to provide a protected, dry space.
Basement Repair
This was Chris' basement after Rainy Day installed our waterproofing system.
Basement Drainage
We installed WaterGuard Interior Basement Drainage along the wall and floor joint.
Sump Pump in Basement
Our SuperSump we installed will keep the basement dry by providing excellent pumping ability. The black box is a battery backup in case the power goes out or if there is ever a pump failure.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard has perforations to collect water and consists of durable piping that will not corrode.
WaterGuard Port
The small gray port is for checking the channel for debris.
