Everett, WA Basement Waterproofers

Our team went to Stephen's home in Everett, WA, to find a solution for his leaky basement. He had water seeping in from a corner of the basement where his sump pump was located. We installed a full-perimeter drainage channel, WaterGuard, and a high-horsepower sump pump system. WaterGuard is installed below the floor on the interior of the basement along the stem wall. A wall flange and perforations in the piping allow it to collect water and discharge out of the home before it can cause intrusion. The result is a totally dry, worry-free basement.
