Photo Album: Snohomish, WA Vapor Barrier Installation

This is our EverLast Crawl Space Access System. It is a crawl space well made of high-gauge polyethylene and is long-lasting and will not rust, corrode, or mold over time. The clean stones help with drainage and the depth is customizable for any home.
After installing our perforated interior drainage channel in the crawl space and SmartSump pump system, we sealed the area in CleanSpace. The CleanSpace is attached to all walls and floors to prevent moisture and mold. Encapsulating the area will help with improving energy efficiency of the home and help keep the place clean and clear of any pests and damage.
We used 168 feet of our Rim Joist insulation to further maintain comfortable temperatures in the home.

Album Description

This Snohomish family noticed water in their crawl space under and on top of the vapor barrier. They saw a few puddles down there, and believed the home might have a drainage issue. They had even stuck their garden hose in the gutter system to see if it was draining correctly, which it was not. After electing the help of Rainy Day, we were able to completely repair the drainage issue and waterproof the home.
