Photo Album: Fixing a Wet Basement & Crawl Space in Snohomish, WA

Gail became worried when she found the foundation in her Snohomish, WA, home's Crawlspace was leaking.

Rainy Day made an incredible transformation, turning this once wet space into a clean and healthy environment!

The homeowner of this leaky basement decided to put in a sump pump, but the water problem persisted.

This is how the crawl space area looked before the encapsulation. The area was dirty, moldy, and damp!

By reducing the moisture and humidity in the crawl space, we are able to keep homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. No more drafty floors!

Before the project, this post was leaning and unsteady.

We wrapped and stabilized the post and encapsulated using CleanSpace, leaving the area sealed and dry.

Lots of webs, dirt, dust, and worst of all, moisture plagued this Snohomish, WA crawl space.

Wet crawl spaces create a perfect environment for mold to grow. Many people might not realize this is the usually the same air they are breathing in the rest of the home!

In this crawl space, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These help keep crawl spaces dry and humidity low!
