When he is not at work, Peter enjoys spending his time with family, his wife, Molly, and their two children, Lydia and Malik.

    Your "Basement Science" matched exactly what I imagined what I thought or imagined a good system would look like. Under Google Images, I searched for a "Dual Sump Pump Design", eventually saw an example of your TripleSafe system, and to my delight realized you were located close by. I appreciated your "Dry Basement Science" booklet. It is so eminently logical, so I had faith in your products. Your devotion to excellence was demonstrated by Ed's presentation, and by the work done by Xavier and Peter.

              Very much enjoyed talking things over with Ed. He picked out a good area for the drain field. The installation crew was generally good. Xavier and Peter are hard workers. I'm not sure, but the water guard was not something we asked for. Xavier speaks very quickly--I think he was talking about installing something along the floor and I was saying "No we want the exit pipes to be higher up around 2-3 feet off the floor." I couldn't quite understand him. Also, at the end when we were going over the finished job-which looks very good by the way-Xavier got a little confused as to the names of the pipes (primary, secondary) and their alphanumeric designations (M53, M98). I had to go over that several times until we all got it right. Peter helped out also. The cleanup was good. (But, clean off the concrete residue off the TripleSafe better). I chose Rainy Day because your "Basement Science" matched exactly what I imagined what I thought or imagined a good system would look like.
