Rainy Day Basement Systems Case Studies: Crawlspace Waterproofing in Anacortes, WA

Anacortes, WA, homeowners, George and Karen, began noticing rodent activity in their crawlspace. They wanted an inspection and estimate to clean and improve the conditions under their home. We sent out Jean-Paul Holcomb, System Design Specialist for a free inspection and estimate. He found mold and moisture in corners of the crawlspace.

The two foremen for this project were David Nush and Wyatt Sokolis. The project was completed over a span of three weeks. We were able to completely renovate under his home and stop future groundwater seepage. 


  • SmartDrain
